In addition, if the pupil is less than 18

  • He must have planned his trip and stay in the UK in advance.

General Student Visa (Tire4)

Indian students must fulfill the following requirements to qualify for a Tier 4 student visa.

  • The minimum age to apply for this type of visa is 16.
  • A CAS, or confirmation of acceptance for study, from the educational institution where the student wishes to enroll
  • A statement demonstrating your ability to pay for your course fees and living expenses for the entire term of the program

The Maximum Amount of Time Before the Course Can Begin In The UK

  • The student may leave a week before the commencement of the course if it will last no more than six months.
  • If the course lasts longer than six months, the student may take a month off before the first day of class.

Child Student Visa (Tier 4)

As the name implies, it is intended for kids or students who meet the prerequisites listed below.

  • The age range is between four and seventeen.
  • unqualified Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) from the Tier 4 sponsor licensed to sponsor migrant students
  • sufficient financial resources to cover living expenses and education costs

Other Documents Required For Type 4 Visa

  • Passport valid today and related papers
  • proof of parental or guardian consent if younger than 18
  • evidence of relationship with parent or guardian if under 18
  • results of any tests for tuberculosis
  • Language proficiency documentation (IELTS or other reputable examinations)

Biometric Information and Visa Application Process

The next stage entails completing the online visa application form and paying the relevant costs after you have acquired all the required documentation and met the conditions. At a visa application center, Indian students requesting a UK student visa must also submit their biometric data, which includes fingerprints and a digital photo. Proof Of Funds

Immigration Health Surcharge (Ihs)

Indian students, like all other non-EEA nationalities, are required to pay the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) as part of their visa application.
